Easily host Zoom office hours within your Canvas course site.

Step 1.
- Navigate to Zoom on the course navigation menu.
Step 2.
- Click on +Event under Course Events.
Step 3.
- Select Office Hours and Held in Zoom.
Step 4.
- Select Recommended Setup.
IMPORTANT: Select Waiting Room ON.
Just like a physical office, students will have to be let into the meeting.
This ensures students won't accidentally enter and potentially hear sensitive information while you are in a meeting with a student
- Click +Create Event.
Step 5.
- The office hours will appear under Course Events.
- You and students simply need to click Join at the appointed meeting time.
