Communication
- Use Canvas Announcements to get class-wide information in front of your students in a myriad of ways. Announcements will appear on your course site, and in the student dashboard, notify students via their personal emails and get archived on your site if students need to reference.
- Canvas Inbox lets you easily and securely send messages to your whole class, specific sections, or individual students. To receive copies of your Canvas Inbox messages in your personal email, simply link your preferred email address to your Canvas account.
Assignments
- Use Canvas Assignments to create an assignment for students to submit their work.
- Find students' submissions and give them feedback through the Canvas Grades.
Content Delivery
- Canvas Modules upload your files and link to course content into whatever organizational structure works for your course
- Canvas Pages allows you to provide more descriptive and creative control over the presentation of content
Note: You must set a page as your homepage or add the pages to a module for them to be student accessible from the landing page.
